Terms & Conditions — whalejl Player Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the whalejl website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at whalejl.pro.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your whalejl Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by whalejl subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you into your Account using a supported payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under whalejl's compliance framework.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activity in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which whalejl transactions are denominated unless stated otherwise.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a person whose Account has been previously suspended or closed by whalejl for any reason;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• All information provided during registration and KYC is accurate, truthful, and up to date;
• You are not a director, employee, officer, or agent of whalejl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

whalejl reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements above. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), or a government-issued national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by whalejl may result in Account suspension pending verification or permanent Account closure.

Each individual player may hold only one (1) Account on the whalejl platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the immediate closure of all related Accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. whalejl will use this information to verify your identity and comply with applicable regulatory obligations.

You must provide a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines (Globe, Smart, DITO, or equivalent) for account verification and two-factor authentication purposes. whalejl will not accept accounts registered with foreign mobile numbers as the primary contact.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

whalejl will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password or full OTP. Any communication purporting to be from whalejl that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify whalejl support promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your credentials. whalejl shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

whalejl employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the platform. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission is entirely secure, and you accept residual risk in using the platform consistent with normal internet usage.

whalejl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment method providers may impose their own daily transaction limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individuals — are prohibited and will trigger a KYC review. Funds received from unverified third-party sources may be withheld pending investigation.

Deposits made via GCash or Maya are credited to your whalejl Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours and up to 3 business hours outside banking hours. 7-Eleven Cliqq deposits are typically credited within 15 minutes of successful payment confirmation at the till.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose Accounts have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the Account balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to that method's support for outbound transfers. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

whalejl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request that triggers internal risk or anti-money laundering review thresholds. In such cases, players will be notified by email or live chat and given a reasonable timeframe to provide the requested documents.

• Players may submit up to three (3) withdrawal requests per 24-hour period.
• A single withdrawal request may not exceed ₱500,000 without prior written approval from the whalejl Finance team.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
• whalejl does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee as stated in the cashier section of your Account.

whalejl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Philippine National Day, Pasko season, and major sporting events including PBA playoffs and UFC fight nights.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including applicable Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply to all whalejl promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus Funds are applied to qualifying bets only after Real Money Funds in the Account balance have been exhausted.
• Maximum bets while a bonus is active: ₱500 per spin on slots and ₱1,000 per hand or round on table games, unless a lower limit is stated in the promotion terms.
• Live casino bets, sports parlay bets, and sabong wagers may carry reduced contribution rates toward wagering requirements — typically 10% to 20% of the stake. Refer to the specific promotion page for contribution rates by game category.
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation, exploitation of system errors, or in breach of these Terms will be voided without notice.
• whalejl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

All games offered on the whalejl platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes overseen by trained croupiers. Game outcomes are determined independently of the platform and are not subject to manipulation by whalejl or any third party.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, whalejl's system will attempt to reconnect automatically. For games where an unresolved bet remains open at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be settled based on the game state recorded on the server at the moment of disconnection. whalejl's server records shall be the definitive reference for resolving any disputed game outcome.

Players acknowledge that the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and RNG game represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee equivalent returns in any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the whalejl platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of the Account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers on your behalf without human intervention;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in game paytables for systematic financial gain ("advantage play" based on system errors);
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform — depositing funds derived from illegal activity, cycling deposits and withdrawals to obscure fund origins, or any other conduct that constitutes money laundering under Philippine law;
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or opening an Account in another person's name or on their behalf;
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geo-restrictions or any access controls implemented by whalejl;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward whalejl staff or other players through any communication channel on the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any Account other than your own, or to any system or network infrastructure operated by whalejl.

whalejl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up reminders during active sessions displaying your net gaming position and time elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 30 days) or request permanent Account closure. Self-exclusion requests submitted via the Account dashboard take effect within 24 hours.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from all gaming activity without permanently closing your Account.

All gaming on whalejl is strictly limited to players aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. whalejl operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gaming and will permanently close any Account found to belong to a person below the minimum age requirement, with all associated funds forfeited.

whalejl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where whalejl has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement, is engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or poses a regulatory risk to the platform.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, whalejl may freeze the Account balance pending investigation and report the matter to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and other applicable authorities. Frozen funds will not be released until the investigation is concluded to whalejl's satisfaction.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting whalejl support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of their wagering status.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, whalejl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with this Agreement and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

whalejl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses, whether or not foreseeable;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, mobile network congestion, payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank;
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that later proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error, provided that whalejl takes corrective action within a reasonable time.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits whalejl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All intellectual property on the whalejl platform — including but not limited to the whalejl name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, software, graphics, game content provided under licence, and written content — is owned by or licensed to whalejl and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content or software on the Platform without prior written authorisation from whalejl.

whalejl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

whalejl processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where you have provided consent, direct marketing communications. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR and the AMLC where required by Philippine law.

whalejl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the whalejl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment and withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Players are encouraged to attempt informal resolution of any dispute by contacting whalejl support in the first instance. whalejl will use reasonable efforts to resolve player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
